Citizen Report Card Study, District Hafizabad and Mandi Bahuddin

Transparency International – Pakistan, conducted CRC study in two districts Hafizabad and Mandi Bahuddin in Punjab. The research was conducted in collaboration with an NGO Human Welfare Organization based in district Mandi Bahaddin. From each of the districts, 200 survey forms were filled through experience enumerators who were also supervised by Field Monitor and TI Pakistan representative. The objective of the survey was to evaluate the government performance through citizens in terms of providing basic health facilities to public. Apart from basic demographic information about the participants, the survey asked a total of 24 questions on health services provided by the government hospitals, rural health centers and dispensaries.
